A 64cm standard factory issued single decal M1940 helmet produced by the firm of "EF" located in Fulda, Germany.  The helmet is in average condition with about 75-80% factory applied Fulda pattern decal remaining.  The helmet is complete with a maker marked chinstrap.  Light paint spots from postwar storage.  This item is on consignment from the family who had the veteran who returned from the war with this as his trophy.  Price is market and slightly below global militaria show prices which has helmets of this kind generally with a price tag of $775.00.  Overall a fine untouched example that has never been in a collection.
